The 2027 PHCC of NC Summer Convention brings members, industry partners, and families together for a favorite summer tradition: time to connect, share ideas, and enjoy the North Carolina coast. Whether you’re joining a conversation about the future of our industry, catching up with friends over dinner, or watching the kids make their own convention memories, there’s a place for everyone. We’re keeping the traditions you love, adding some fresh experiences, and leaving plenty of room for beach time. **Here’s what’s planned:** 🍦 **Opening Ice Cream Social & Family Movie Night** – Start the convention with sweet treats, familiar faces, and a relaxed evening for the whole family. 🍹 **Reception & Family Fun** – Gather for an evening of connection, laughter, and entertainment. We’re working on something fun for 2027—details coming soon! 📸 **Family Beach Photos** – Our family photographer will be back to capture your crew along the shore. Bring your coordinating outfits and watch for photo session sign-ups. 🍴 **Off-Site Dinner Adventure** – Enjoy an evening out with your PHCC family. Each year brings a different experience, and we’ll announce our 2027 plans as they come together. ☀️ **Convention Activity** – Make more memories with fellow attendees during a shared activity. This year’s adventure is still in the works—stay tuned! ⛱️ **Free Time to Relax & Connect** – Head to the beach or pool, explore Carolina Beach, or pull up a chair and enjoy an unhurried conversation with fellow members. 🤝 **Closing Reception & Vendor Showcase** – Meet our industry partners, explore products and services, and connect with the businesses that support our association and your work. 🎓 **Closing Dinner & Auxiliary Scholarship Presentations** – Celebrate together over dinner, enjoy live and silent auctions, and help recognize scholarship recipients preparing for their future. 💼 **PHCC of NC Board Meeting** – Open to all attendees interested in the association’s work, priorities, and plans for the year ahead. 💪 **Auxiliary Meeting, Breakfast & Community Service Project** – Learn how to get involved, connect with the Auxiliary, and participate in a project that gives back to the community. **Save the dates and make plans to join us at the shore!** A detailed schedule, entertainment announcements, and off-site plans will be shared as they’re confirmed.

The 2027 PHCC of NC Summer Convention brings members, industry partners, and families together for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and time to recharge. From board discussions to evening gatherings and beach time, it’s a summer tradition that strengthens both our businesses and our PHCC family. **🗓 Tentative Schedule Overview** *The full official agenda will be released by mid-June.* **Wednesday | July 21, 2027** 🕑 Convention Check-In – 2:00–5:00 PM 🍦 Welcome & Ice Cream Social – 6:00–8:00 PM 🎬 Family Movie Night – Time TBD Kick off the week reconnecting with your PHCC family and settling into beach mode. **Thursday | July 22, 2027** 💼 PHCC of NC Board Meeting – 10:00 AM–2:00 PM 🍴 Off-Site Dinner – Evening (Location & Time TBD) Share ideas, help shape the association’s direction, and enjoy an evening out together. **Friday | July 23, 2027** 💪 Auxiliary Meeting, Breakfast & Community Service Project – 8:00–10:30 AM 🍹 Reception & Family Activity – 8:00–10:00 PM Spend the morning connecting and giving back, then join us for an evening of family fun. Entertainment details coming soon! **Saturday | July 24, 2027** ⛱️ Optional Family Activity – Time TBD 🎉 Vendor Showcase & Evening Reception – 5:30–6:30 PM 🎓 Closing Dinner, Auxiliary Scholarship Presentations & Education Foundation Auction – 6:30–8:00 PM Celebrate our industry partners, support the next generation, and wrap up the convention together. **Sunday | July 25, 2027** ☀️ Farewells & Departures 🏨 Hotel Check-Out – 11:00 AM 📸 **Family Beach Photos** – Our family photographer will return!
