The 2026 PHCC of NC Summer Convention invites members and their families to gather at the beautiful Marriott at Carolina Beach for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to strengthen connections, celebrate community, and recharge together. Set along the North Carolina coast, this year’s convention moves effortlessly from meaningful board discussions and industry conversations to sandy toes, sunset gatherings, and shared laughter. It’s where relationships grow stronger, ideas move forward, and memories are made. Whether you’re engaging in association leadership, connecting with industry partners, or simply enjoying time with your PHCC family, this is the week that reminds us why we do what we do — together.

Wednesday | August 5, 2026 🕑 Convention Check-In Opens – 2:00 PM 🌟 Welcome Activity, Ice Cream Social & Family Movie Night – Approximately 7:00 PM Kick off the week reconnecting with your PHCC family and settling into beach mode. Thursday | August 6, 2026 💼 PHCC of NC Board Meeting – 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Lunch provided for board members and registered board meeting guests.) 🍹 Evening Reception & Activity – 7:00 PM A day that moves from strategy and leadership into relaxed coastal connection. Friday | August 7, 2026 💪 Auxiliary Meeting & Breakfast – Morning (Time TBD) 🤝 Community Service Project – Late Morning 🍴 Off-Site Dinner – Evening (Location & Time TBD) A meaningful day of service, fellowship, and shared experiences.
