- We send you their contact details so you can reach out and apply directly.
- We share your resume in our member network, where contractors across North Carolina can see it.
Timing: We review new submissions in batches and reach out with local contacts as we work through them. We handle each one individually rather than automatically, so it isn't instant — but it means you get real leads near you instead of a generic list.
In the meantime: Get a head start by exploring our free Workforce Readiness course or the self-paced Pre-Plumbing/Pre-HVAC course. Both are self-registration, so you can start right away — and completing them gives you real coursework to add to your resume and shows contractors you're serious before you ever walk in the door.
One note: We connect you with contractors who are hiring — we don't place you in a job ourselves. Hiring decisions are made by the companies directly, so following up with them is an important step.
