We were recently contacted by a potential candidate who is interested in starting a career in the HVAC industry and is actively seeking employment opportunities with a company that supports apprenticeship training. The candidate plans to utilize their GI Bill benefits to pursue a structured apprenticeship program while gaining valuable hands-on field experience.

They reached out to us directly to connect with contractors who value workforce development and are open to supporting individuals transitioning into a long-term career in our industry. This could be a great opportunity for members who are currently hiring or looking to invest in a motivated future apprentice.
